仕事内容
戦略人事 (メンバー~リーダークラス)【大阪】スシロー運営会社/離職率4.6%/退職金制度あり
【仕事内容】
事業会社ごとに担当を割り振り、主に以下の業務に対応していただきます。

・人事制度の企画、運用
・人事関連データの算出、分析、レポーティング
・人員、人件費計画の策定
・人事関連分野における課題解決

・スシローの店舗社員の評価制度の改定
・2年連続の報酬制度の改定
【入社後のイメージ、キャリアステップについて】
これまでのご経験を踏まえ、入社後にお任せする業務を決定します。まずは人事データの取りまとめや小規模な企画業務からご担当いただく予定です。(業務ではExcelやPowerPointを多く使用します)その後、段階的に報酬・評価・等級制度の運用や制度設計など、より中核的な業務に携わっていただきます。
制度設計の経験が浅い方でも早期から制度設計・企画業務に携わることが可能で、実際に人事未経験で入社した3年目のメンバーが業績評価の改定を担い、事業部門から高く評価されている事例もあります。
将来的には、各事業会社のHRBPのような立ち位置で、事業会社の経営層とも対話しながら、人事戦略の構築や要員計画の設計に関わり、事業の成長に貢献していただくことを期待しています。
【本ポジションの特徴】
多くの従業員を抱える大規模組織であるため、人事制度が事業や現場に与える影響も非常に大きいことが特徴です。
経営層からは「人的資本経営の推進」「人で勝つ組織をつくる」といった明確なメッセージが発信されている他、事業部門においても人材戦略や育成への当事者意識が高く、事業部門と人事部門が一緒に会社を良くしていく考えが風土として根付いています。そのため、戦略人事課への期待も高く、新たな制度や施策の提案も受け入れられやすく、裁量を持って制度設計に取り組むことができる環境です。
また、直近では離職率の低下など、経営に影響する人事データにも明確な改善が見られ、制度設計が会社をより良い方向に進めている実感を持つことができます。
