Q. どんな会社ですか?

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. リフォーム現場での管理業務全般を担当します。安全管理から品質チェック、工程や作業員の管理、写真管理、見積書・請求書作成、発注担当者との交渉まで幅広く対応していただきます。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. はい、大丈夫です異業種からの転職者も多数在籍しており、20代~40代のスタッフが活躍中です。慣れるまで先輩がしっかりフォローするので安心してください。

Q. どんな方が活躍していますか?

A. 普通自動車免許をお持ちで、基本的なPC操作(Excel、Word)ができる方であればOKです。現場管理の経験がある方は特に歓迎しますが、未経験からスタートした方も多数活躍しています。
