【業務内容】

療養型病棟にて、入院患者さまの生活をサポートします。見守りや体操の補助、声かけなど、ゆったりとしたペースで行える業務が中心です。落ち着いた環境で、利用者さま一人ひとりに寄り添うことができます。

【1日のスケジュール例】

8:30 出勤・準備

9:00 病棟巡回・体操補助

10:30 患者対応・お話しサポート

12:00 昼食見守り・休憩

13:30 午後のリハビリ補助・記録整理

15:30 申し送り・翌日準備

17:00 退勤

求める人材:

【必須】下記のうち1つ以上お持ちの方

・初任者研修修了(ヘルパー2級)

・実務者研修修了(ヘルパー1級)

*・介護福祉士

*資格が無くても施設での勤務経験が半年以上あればOK

勤務時間・曜日:

週5日/1日8時間 シフト制

※日勤がメインになりますが、早番、遅番も可能ですので、希望の方はお気軽にご相談ください

〈勤務時間例〉

早番 7:00~16:00(1h休憩)

日勤 9:00~18:00(1h休憩)

遅番 11:00~20:00(1h休憩)

休暇・休日:

平日のみ、日勤帯などご希望をお聞かせください。

シフトも選べるので、あなたに合った働き方をご提案します

(実際に働いている方の例)

・土日に予定があるため、平日週5日勤務の方

・予定が突発的に入るため、フルシフトで働いている方

・日曜日を固定で休みにし、残り1日は希望休を毎月取得している方
