業務内容

中途採用を中心に採用拡大に向けた広報業務をお任せいたします。広報PRという枠にとらわれず、攻めの姿勢を持って、現場ゲームクリエイターと連携しながらチャレンジしていける仲間を募集しています。

・採用成功に向けた会社および事業のブランディング戦略の企画立案

・中途/新卒採用イベント企画立案および運営

・プレスリリース作成

・メディアプロモート

・取材仕込み、取材対応

・ソーシャルマーケティング

・メディアアライアンス など

※ご入社後はクリエイティブ領域の広報戦略から設計・施行していただきたい方針です。

※アプリボットのみならずサイバーエージェントゲームエンタメ事業部を横断した広報戦略設計もお任せしたい方針です。

※施策内容によっては国内・海外出張が発生する可能性もございます。

AAAタイトルの開発ラインが複数あり、競合他社様で活躍されてる市場トップクラスのゲームクリエイター人材の中途採用および学生の新卒採用に注力すべく、新たに採用広報リーダーを担っていただける方を募集しております。

応相談

・年俸制 (12分割)、日給月給
・昇給:年2回(4月、10月)
・経験・能力を考慮の上、当社規定により決定
・年俸には所定の時間外勤務手当・深夜勤務手当を含む(時間外勤務の有無に関わらず支給)

週休2日制(土曜・日曜)、祝日、夏期休暇(3日間)

必須の経験/能力

・ゲーム業界での広報や中途採用人事経験もしくは、人材紹介エージェントでのゲーム領域におけるRA経験
・戦略設計、実行、ブラッシュアップの一連の流れを自走して完遂したご経験

望ましい経験/能力

・ゲーム業界での採用を目的とした広報やWebマーケティング戦略設計経験
・webマーケティング、プロモーション分野への知見
・リーダーや責任者としてのご経験
・採用難易度の高いポジションの採用ノウハウ
