仕事内容:
基本的は店舗運営からスタートし、慣れてきたらディスプレイのレイアウトやオーダーメイドの打合せ等をお任せします。

・会計処理(レジ対応や売上管理 など)
・発注商品の補充

・オーダーメイドの打合せ(袖詰め等からはじめ、フルオーダーまで)

また、店舗と同じ建物に工房があります。部署間の垣根がないため、すぐに専門的な知識を聞ける等コミュニケーションがとりやすい環境です。

固定残業代あり:月給¥233,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥38,500(25時間相当分)を含む。25時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
・昇給 年1回(4月)
