This role is part of the Business Management team within the Financial Institutions Department of Global Corporate and Investment Banking.
We are seeking a tech-savvy, motivated, and organized individual to join us, providing high-level administrative support to the team.
The Analyst will need to demonstrate good judgment, excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and effectively manage multiple priorities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative and team support tasks, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense requests, and team activities
- Support business operations, internal and external communication, and collaborate across departments
- Undertake activities focused on FI coverage, such as tracking and monitoring, supporting team activities, and managing data
- Support client and marketing activities
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree
- Minimum 3 years of business support or administration experience in Banking
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing needs
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
- Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- High degree of common sense, willingness to take responsibility, and a positive attitude
- Experience in handling confidential or sensitive matters
