【仕事内容】

大阪府・兵庫県に計41の医療・福祉事業所を運営している介護・医療グループ「IKOI GROUP」で一般事務を募集いたします

基本的なWord・Excel操作が出来ればOKです。

~具体的には~

・書類作成(労務関連)

・データ入力

・電話対応

・施設へ必要書類のお届け

・施設内のチェック(掲示物や書類管理等)

・その他、事業部に付随する事務業務全般



2024年度には新規介護施設を3棟オープン。テレビコマーシャルも放送されました。業務拡大により社員も1000名近くとなり、今回は体制強化のための増員募集です。業務は多岐にわたりますが、柔軟性をもって取り組んでいただける方をお待ちしています。

実働時間:1日あたり10時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり16日

9:00~20:00(休憩60分)

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 20万円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり2万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり13時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり5000円

・一律職務手当:5,000円

*交通費支給あり(上限月20,000円)

*賞与あり(年2回:業績評価に準ずる)

*昇給随時
