職務内容


当社は、設立12期目を迎えるエンタメ企業です。

現在手がけているゲーム展開やグッズ/イベント展開のみならず、今後は他社との協業、AI活用などを通じて、さらなる挑戦をしていきたいと考えております。

今回ご入社いただいた方には、経営に近いポジションで、経営戦略の策定、IRや資本政策を含む経営企画業務全般を幅広くご対応いただきたいと考えています。

【具体的には】

・経営戦略、中期計画の策定

・エクイティストーリーの策定

・外部ステークホルダー向けの説明資料作成

・資金調達、資本業務提携等の計画、資料作成

・財務状況に関する経営層 / 事業責任者へのレポーティング

・全社横断プロジェクトのマネジメント / サポート

・その他経営管理全般業務

<必須>

・経営への提案から実行、効果測定までを主導した経験のある方

・上場企業経営に関する開示・財務・法務・人事等の各種基礎知識をお持ちの方

<歓迎>

・経営コンサルティングファームでのご経験

・機関投資家、証券アナリスト、個人投資家との対話経験

・資金調達への関与および銀行との交渉を含む折衝経験

・経営者レイヤーへの提案/折衝経験

・経営に必要な財務、会計、法律などに関する基礎知識をお持ちの方

※管理監督者としてのオファーの場合:管理監督者手当209,292円〜260,950円
※45時間みなし残業代込みでのオファーの場合:みなし残業代226,770円〜377,347円
※上記条件を基本に、ご経験や期待する役割・役職、スキルに応じ条件を決定いたします。
