Job Purpose:
TD SYNNEX株式会社のファイナンス部門の一員として、ディストリューターにとって必要不可欠なリベート管理を担って頂くポジションです。
具体的には、仕入リベート課の中核を担う実務スペシャリストとして、プロダクトマジメント部門やマーケティング部門と密に連携を行いながら、データ照合やExcelツールによるレポート作成などを含めて、リベート契約の管理、及び契約に基づいた正しい会計処理の実行、ベンダーに対する債権残高の見届けを行って頂きます。
Responsibilities:
1. リベートプランの確認及び承認(10%)
契約リベート内容の確認(英文契約も一部あり)
会計処理・管理上必要となる項目の確認
2. 月次・四半期・年次決算業務(30%)
リベート計上金額の内容確認及び承認
リベートプラン毎の残高の妥当性確認
3. 請求業務(15%)
リベート請求内容の集計及び請求確認
請求書発行
買掛金チームへの回収連絡
4. 残高確認・債権回収フォローアップ(35%)
リベートプラン毎の債権の残高管理(Aging管理を含む)
未回収・長期滞留債権解消に向けたフォローアップ
5. 業務改善(10%)
業務移管及び部門間連携の見直し、月次レポート業務の改善推進
レポーティングの質的向上の推進
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
求める経験
債権管理や買掛債務管理、又はリベート管理の経験(7年以上)
経理実務経験者(照合業務を含む)
求めるスキル・能力
契約書の条件や条項の把握と正確な会計処理の判断
効率的且つ正確にデータ処理を行えるITリテラシー(Lookup関数、ピボットテーブル等)
社内外の関係者と円滑な連携を行い、問題解決や業務調整を行うスキル
チームワークを重視し、ファイナンス部門内だけでなく他部門とも協力的な関係を構築するスキル
日商簿記2-3級の保有者は尚可
ネイティブレベルの日本語の語学力(読み・書き・会話)は必須、英語についてはビジネスレベル(読み・書き)があると尚可
※英文契約が一部ある為、少なくとも英語に対する抵抗が無い方
