**仕事内容**:

今回募集するのは水産加工場の加工スタッフ。
経験者の方を募集しています。
朝5時に出勤すると、着替え、ごみ捨てからスタート。
11時までは当日市場から納品された鮮魚他、主にキンメダイの煮付け用のキンメダイの下処理や、アジフライ用の鯵を捌く作業などを行います。
11時~1時間は昼休憩、休憩後は引き続き魚の下処理を行い、手分けして煮魚の火入れ、味付けなどを行います。14時にはおおむね業務は終了し、遅くとも15時には着替えて退勤します。
加工量にもよりますが残業時間は平均月20時間未満となっています。
現在沼津加工場では30代3名、40代3名、50代1名、60代2名、男性7名、女性2名のチームで働いています。
早朝からの勤務にはなりますが、1日のスケジュールが明確でワークライフバランスがとりやすく、プライベートの時間も充実させられる環境です。
終業後やお休みの日には、温泉巡りや買い物、仲間で食事など外に出て過ごすメンバーが多いです。
また、飲食、水産、運営委託、オンラインショップと様々な事業を展開しているので、仮に自分に合わないとなった場合、他部署へのキャリアチェンジも可能です。
