Roles and Responsibility

• 日本・中国の新規圧造製品の立ち上げ準備(工程設計・金型設計・金型製作)
  • 実際の加工はそれぞれの現場にて実施
• 改善活動(コスト削減・金型寿命の延長など)
• 見積もり検討

  • Preparation for launching new forging products in Japan and China (process design, mold design, and mold manufacturing).
    • Actual processing is carried out at each respective site.
  • Continuous improvement activities (cost reduction, extending mold lifespan, etc.).
  • Cost estimation review.

Minimum Requirements

• 業界問わず冷間鍛造業務の経験(3年以上)
  • ヘッダー・フォーマー
• 工業系の高校卒業者
• English here
  • Experience in cold forging operations across various industries (3 years or more).
    • Familiarity with headers and formers.
  • Graduates from technical high schools.

Preferred Requirements

• 2D/3D CADの実務経験
