Roles and Responsibility

• クライアントからの引き合いに対して、具体的な提案実施と製品開発
• 既存の製品に対しての改善業務
• 既存ラインの自動化・省人化のプロジェクトマネージ

  • Responding to client inquiries with specific proposals and product development.
  • Improvement initiatives for existing products.
  • Project management for the automation and labor-saving of existing production lines.

Minimum Requirements

• 原料や技術・設備に対する深い知識と経験
• 成形条件の設定と調整の経験(5-10年以上)
• 不良に対する原因追及と対策立案の経験
• 設備選定の経験
• 射出成形の経験

  • Deep knowledge and experience with raw materials, technology, and equipment.
  • Experience in setting and adjusting molding conditions (5-10 years or more).
  • Experience in identifying the causes of defects and formulating countermeasures.
  • Experience in equipment selection.
  • Experience in injection molding.

Preferred Requirements

• 金型メーカーや原料メーカーとの横の連携
