このポジションでは、税務申告書の作成、OTR部門の業務全般の管理・監督を担当いただきます。OTRセクションはリシュモンジャパンのビジネスの中核である在庫、関係会社勘定、税金、グループ及び法廷監査の財務諸表作成業務といった重要な領域の経理業務を担っています。このため、グループ会計基準、及び一般公正妥当と認められた会計原則(J-GAAPおよびIFRSの両方)により義務づけられた会計処理に関する知識を有し、適正な財務報告を担保するために細心の注意を払って業務を遂行することが出来るプロフェッショナルを求めています。
また、このポジションは、ロジスティックス、購買、財務、IT部門や他のファイナンスメンバーと緊密に連携し、協力し、当社の事業活動をサポートするための業務を行うことができる強いコミュニケーションスキルとチームプレイヤーであることが期待されています。さらには、デジタル化、ペーパーレス、オペレーション簡素化など、業務効率化に関連するいくつかのイニシアチブやプロジェクトにも積極的に参加することが求められるポジションです。
