現場責任者を補佐しながら判断業務を学ぶ
将来的には、1日の現場を任される現場責任者として活躍していただきます。

勤務時間・曜日:
勤務時間は変形労働時間制を採用しています。具体的には、週に<日数を記入>日勤務し、1日の実働時間は<時間数を記入>時間です。勤務時間帯は<開始時刻を記入>から<終了時刻を記入>までとなります。休憩時間は合計で<休憩時間を記入>分です。必要に応じて残業が発生する場合がありますので、月平均の残業時間は<残業時間を記入>時間程度を見込んでいます。

アクセス:
最寄りの<駅名を記入>駅からのアクセスは良好で、徒歩約<徒歩時間を記入>分の距離に位置しています。また、周辺には<交通手段を記入>なども利用可能です。通勤の際は、<通勤手段を記入>を利用いただくと便利です。
給与:
固定残業代あり:月給 ¥248,000 〜 ¥313,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥31,000〜¥35,000(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
- 昇給・賞与あり(前年度実績あり)昇給年1回、賞与年2回(7月、12月)
- 通勤手当支給(月5000円まで)
業務成績に応じたインセンティブ制度あり。具体的な条件については面接時にお話しします。
- 退職金制度あり
固定残業代制度を導入している場合、月の固定残業時間は<時間を記入>時間で、その金額は<金額を記入>円です。これを超える時間外労働については、別途支給いたします。
現場責任者へ昇格後
月給:28万円~35万円
