仕事内容


私たちは、カーテックの力で「自動車再生メーカー」を目指す上場企業です。

今回募集するポジションでは、当社が運営する「買取王」「外車王」に

査定をご依頼いただいたお客様へのご案内・確認のお電話対応をお任せします。

ご連絡はすでにご興味をお持ちのお客様が中心。

決まったフローに沿って進めるため、

未経験の方でも安心してスタートできます。

【具体的な仕事内容】

・自動車査定依頼のお客様への架電対応(アポイント獲得)

・お客様情報や車両情報のヒアリング(マニュアルあり)

・受電対応、メール・SMS・LINE対応

・GoogleスプレッドシートやSalesforce への情報入力

・チームで協力して進めるスタイル

※丁寧な対応ができればOK

求めている人材


【必須要件】

・基本的なPC操作ができる方

(メール、エクセルの使用経験がある方など)

・電話使った受発信業務の経験がある方

【歓迎要件】

・コールセンター、接客、販売などの経験がある方は歓迎します

勤務時間詳細


・週4日以上のシフトに入れる方

・9:30〜18:30の間で、1日5時間以上勤務可能な方

※1ヶ月ごとのシフト制となります。

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1600円 〜 2000円

試用期間:入社〜実働7日間のみ

(時給1,400円)

給与例


・入社2年目 時給 1,650円

・入社3年目 時給 1,700円

・入社2年目(正社員登用)月給 30万円
