仕事内容:

CLEAN and CHEERは、「キレイな環境で笑顔を届ける」ことを大切にするビルメンテナンス会社です。

オフィスビルや各種施設を中心に、清掃・メンテナンス業務を行っています。

お任せするのは、建物を清潔で快適な状態に保つための清掃・設備関連作業です。

現場は基本的にチーム制。最初は先輩スタッフと一緒に行動し、流れを覚えるところからスタートします。

【主な業務内容】

・エアコンの解体洗浄(内部のカビ・ホコリ除去)

・共用部(廊下・階段・トイレ等)の清掃

・窓ガラスや外壁のクリーニング

・照明交換、簡単な配線工事、防犯カメラ設置 など

日々コツコツ取り組む仕事ですが、建物を利用する人の「気持ちいい」を支える、やりがいのある仕事です。
