【業務内容】
ディスクやシャフト、フレームケーシング等、航空エンジン用大型部品の特殊工程に関わる生産技術開発業務をお任せいたします。
強靭化、軽量化が進む航空機部品には、熱処理、塗装、溶射、ショットピーニング、研削、放電加工、非破壊検査などの特殊な工程があり、その中でも着実な量産化に向けた非破壊技術・工程の開発に携わっていただきます。非破壊検査として、FPIを始めとした各種探傷検査及び超音波検査等を行っていますが、更なる既存設備や技術の高度化・効率化に挑戦いただきます。
海外エンジンメーカーとの連携機会が多く発生するため、英語を使用した会議にも参加いただきます。
成長が期待されている航空エンジン、ロケットエンジン分野は今後も新たな開発プロジェクトが立ち上がり、次々と量産フェーズへと移行されていきます。
このような状況下においてゼロディフェクト達成へ向けた変革を進める重要性が増しており、製造部門と連携しながら、既存設備・工程の活用だけでなく、新技術の導入を含めた生産の初期工程確立を進めて行きます。

【求める人材】
【必須要件】
■製造業における何らかの特殊工程に関わる生産技術経験(歓迎:化学/材料系の知識・経験)
■英語力(目安:TOEIC700点程度

◆品質工学の活用経験
