【仕事内容】

同社は、不動産管理業界の課題解決のため、AI搭載の

建物管理クラウドシステム「管理ロイド」を提供しております。

「管理ロイド」は、点検や検針、不具合管理といった業務をスマホとPCに置き換えることで、

労働生産性改善、ペーパレス化、データ化、リアルタイム情報連携等を実現するシステムです。

また、不動産管理クラウドシステム「管理ロイド」の運用時に発生する、

画像・音声・テキスト・各種センサーによる膨大な独自データ等を用いてAI開発を行います。

具体的には、画像分析(分類および物体検出)、音声分析、自然言語処理、ビッグデータ、

データマイニング等を行います。

・ 不動産管理クラウドシステム「管理ロイド」の運用時に発生する、

画像・音声・テキスト・各種センサーによる膨大な独自データ等を用いてのAI開発

・ 画像分析(分類および物体検出)、音声分析、自然言語処理、ビッグデータ、データマイニング、その他

・ 問題設定、仮説検証、データ収集要件の定義、データクレンジング、モデリング、

性能評価、レポーティング、製品化、その他

・ 不動産管理クラウドシステム「管理ロイド」の運用時に発生する、

画像・音声・テキスト・各種センサーによる膨大な独自データ等を用いてのAI開発

・ 画像分析(分類および物体検出)、音声分析、自然言語処理、ビッグデータ、データマイニング、その他

・ 問題設定、仮説検証、データ収集要件の定義、

データクレンジング、モデリング、性能評価、レポーティング、製品化、その他

【求める人材】

・ 数学・アルゴリズム・プログラミング・コーディング・機械学習等のいずれかの分野におけるコンテストや研究等において、客観的に比較評価可能な卓越した実績

【給与】

年収800~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
