【仕事内容】

同社は不動産に特化したコンサルティングを行っており、

建築・機械・電気工事の効率化に取り組んでおります。

93兆円規模の不動産・建築市場に対し、

AI-SaaSプロダクト「管理ロイド」・「工事ロイド」の開発から導入までを一貫して行っております。

大手不動産デベロッパーや投資ファンドなどを取引先とし、数百億円規模のプロジェクトも手掛けております。

2022年8月には26億円の資金調達を実施し、事業成長を加速させている段階です。

不動産管理クラウドシステムの運用時に発生する独自データを用いたAI開発も担っております。

業界の課題を見極め、AIによるアプローチを技術的な視点から設計・立案し、

開発チームをマネジメントし、事業展開を主導します。

【具体的には】

・ 不動産管理クラウドシステムの運用時に発生する、

画像・音声・テキスト・各種センサーによる膨大な独自データ等を用いてAI開発

・ 業界の課題を見極めつつ、AIでどうアプローチするか、技術的な視点から設計・立案

・ CSOおよびAI開発部長と協力しながら開発チームをマネジメントし、事業展開を主導

・ チームにおける技術面の最終的な判断や優先順位の決定

・ 画像分析(分類および物体検出)、音声分析、自然言語処理、

ビッグデータ、データマイニング、その他のリード

【求める人材】

【必須】

・ 開発プロジェクトのチームマネジメント経験(タスク/工数の設計・見積および管理、コードレビュー、メンター/相談役):1年以上

・ アジャイルもしくはウォーターフォールでのソフトウェア開発経験:合計3年以上

・ 線形回帰などの機械学習アルゴリズムを用いた実装経験

【歓迎】

・ AWS、GCP、Azureなどのクラウドサービスの利用経験

・ データレイク、データウェアハウス、データマートの構築・管理

・ MLOps、DevOpsに関するワークフローの設計・整理

・ スライド、ワープロソフト、MarkDown、あるいはJupyter等での簡易報告書作成能力

・ 数学/アルゴリズム/プログラミング/コーディング/機械学習等のいずれかの分野におけるコンテストや研究等において、客観的に比較評価可能な卓越した実績

【給与】

年収800~1300万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
