仕事内容:

大阪支店にて、営業スタッフのサポートを中心とした事務・アシスタント業務を幅広く担当していただきます。各種資料作成から簡単な取引先対応まで、業務内容は多岐にわたります。

・取引先との連絡対応(メール・電話・FAX)

・領収書・請求書発行

・会議セッティング、議事録の作成

求める人材:

《必須条件》

・四年制大学卒業以上

・中国語/日本語共にビジネスレベル以上(目安:TOCFL BandC、HSK5級以上、JLPT N1)

※社内外のコミュニケーションは中国語と日本語の両方を使用します。

※語学レベルについては、面接や書類選考にて確認させていただきます。

勤務時間・曜日:

9:30〜18:30(実働8時間)

月10時間前後※原則残業なし 月末のみ数字の集計があるため若干残業があるケース有

完全週休2日制(シフト制:原則水曜日+その他1日/毎月の土日祝の日数分休むことができます)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥240,000 〜 ¥350,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥32,420〜¥47,300(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給240,000円~350,000円

※年齢・経験を考慮の上、当社規定により優遇

※試用期間3~6ヶ月、待遇変動なし/試用期間終了後給与見直し有、昇給幅上限12%

※月20時間分、32,420円~47,300円の固定残業代含、超過分は追加で支給

【年収例】

520万円/入社5年目・30代(月給32万円+賞与+各種手当)

450万円/入社3年目・20代(月給28万円+賞与+各種手当)

400万円/入社1年目・20代(月給25万円+賞与+各種手当)
