■業務ミッション

MOON-Xのグローバル成長を支える強固かつスケーラブルな業務基盤の確立をミッションとし、US・中国・韓国における基幹システムのプロダクトマネジメントを通じて、海外事業統括部の業務効率化、内部統制の強化、および事業拡大に柔軟に対応できるスケーラビリティの確保を実現します。

1【短期】USグループ会社のERPシステムのプロダクトマネジメント
○課題解決とロードマップ策定: 導入されているERPの技術的・運用的な課題を特定し、解決に向けた開発ロードマップを策定(機能要件、セキュリティ、外部連携など)。
○開発プロジェクト管理: ロードマップに基づき、開発プロジェクトの要件定義、計画策定、進捗管理(外部ディレクションを含む)、およびリリース後の運用課題管理をリード。
○運用体制構築: システム開発・運用・保守の体制構築をリードし、安定稼働と効率的な改善サイクルを確立。
※プロジェクト例: ERPの外部連携(SaaS連携など)追加開発における要件定義、開発管理、運用課題管理。
2【中・長期】グローバル展開と業務基盤の統括
○グローバル展開の推進: USモデルを横展開し、海外拠点へのERP導入を推進。
○各国体制の構築: 各国要件を踏まえた開発・運用体制を構築し、ガバナンスと効率性を両立。
○業務統制の強化: 標準プロセスの定義とシステム実装により統制を強化。

(1) プロダクトマネジメント経験 ※ERPやSaaSなどの基幹系システム、特に受発注・SCM領域の業務システムにおけるプロダクトマネージャー(PdM)としての実務経験(2年以上)
(2) ERPまたは基幹システムに関する知識 ※NetSuite、SAP、Oracle、Microsoft DynamicsなどのERPシステムに関する知識、または実務経験
(3) プロジェクトマネジメントスキル
(4) 開発経験(目安3-5年):言語、プロダクトは問いません
(5) ビジネスレベルの英語力: ※目安 TOEIC 800点以上、海外エンジニアとの連携できるレベル
(6) ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力

(1)業務プロセス設計能力 ※財務、SCM、販売管理などのバックオフィス業務に関する深い理解と、それをシステムに落とし込み標準化・効率化を図った経験。
(2)ITガバナンス/統制 ※グローバルでのITガバナンス構築や内部統制強化(SOX法対応など)の経験。
(3)NetSuiteに関する専門知識 ※NetSuiteの開発(SuiteScriptなど)やインテグレーションに関する専門知識。
(4)グローバルプロジェクト経験
(5)ビジネスレベルの韓国語もしくは中国語

想定年収:700万円〜900万円
月給:53.1万円〜68.3万円
月給制
・月給には40時間の固定残業手当を含みます
・40時間超過分の時間外勤務手当は、別途支給します
給与内訳
例1)年収700万円の場合:基本給 39.9万円、固定残業手当 12.7万円/40時間、リモートワーク手当 0.5万円
例2)年収820万円の場合:基本給 46.8万円、固定残業手当 14.9万円/40時間、リモートワーク手当 0.5万円
例3)年収900万円の場合:基本給 51.5万円、固定残業手当 16.3万円/40時間、リモートワーク手当 0.5万円
※尚、法定管理監督者の場合は別途条件通知にて内訳を提示いたします。
給与改定
・年2回(2月・8月)
・人事評価制度に則り評価を実施し改定します

賞与

・賞与額は、基準賞与額に在籍係数、個人評価係数、業績係数等を加味し算出
