仕事内容


経済的に困難を抱えるひとり親家庭の中高生を対象に、

学習支援と安心して過ごせる居場所づくりを行う事業の運営をサポートしていただきます。

子どもたち一人ひとりの背景や気持ちに寄り添いながら、

「ここに来るとホッとする」「また来たい」

そんな時間と空間を一緒につくるお仕事です。

【具体的な業務内容】

・学習支援プログラムの企画サポート、教材準備、日々の進行に向けた調整

・子どもたちが楽しみながら参加できる体験イベントの企画・運営

・利用者(子ども・保護者)からの簡単な相談対応

・会場準備、受付、片付けなど、当日の運営に関わる業務

・活動記録の整理、簡単な事務作業

※専門的な指導経験がなくても、チームで相談しながら進められます。

〈必須条件〉

・子どもと関わる仕事/ボランティアの経験がある方、

または教育・福祉分野への基本的な理解がある方

・PC(Word、Excel、メール)の基本操作ができる方

・利用者と丁寧にコミュニケーションを取れる方

・学習支援・放課後支援・児童福祉領域での実務経験

・相談対応やコミュニティ運営に関わった経験

・多様な背景を持つ子どもへの理解やサポート経験

・企画立案・調整業務経験

  • 勤務日数:週2~3日(水曜・金曜・他1日)
  • 勤務時間
  • 2026年1月~3月:10:00~18:00(休憩1時間)
  • 2026年4月~8月:13:00~21:00(休憩1時間)
