- 電話交換室にて、電話交換業務です
…5台の交換台で、代表電話の交換業務を行います。
代表電話にて受信した電話を、用件に応じて担当部署へ取り次ぐ業務です。
何かを案内・提案することはありません。
※こちらから電話を掛ける業務ではありません。
一般的な電話交換室とは違い、大きな窓があり、閉塞感がなく広くて明るい職場ですよ。

今回募集する電話交換スタッフの仕事は、丁寧で落ち着いた対応ができるという方にピッタリです。
総務省での仕事なので、土日祝休みです。

勤務時間詳細
<月~金の週5日勤務>
①8:15~17:15(休憩60分)
②9:00~17:45(休憩60分)
③9:15~18:15(休憩60分)
※上記①~③のシフト制
※全ての時間帯で働いていただきます
※試用期間のみ9:00~17:45(休憩60分)
