営業先は各大学の広報や入試担当セクション

セールス活動のみではなく、受注したイベントや制作物の納品に向けて、顧客、社内スタッフや外部ブレーンと協力していきます。最初は先輩がフォローしますし、慣れてくれば自分の興味のある分野と顧客(大学)の要望とをマッチさせて、どうマネタイズしていくかを考えてどんどん新しい事にも挑戦できます。

  • 受験生募集に関する様々な提案をお願いします。

【具体的には】

関西の大学を中心に、西日本全体の大学、短大へ向けて当社が企画するイベントや、発行する進学情報誌学校紹介パンフレット・ポスター・WEBサイト制作等で、大学と受験生・高校生を繋ぐ企画の提案をお願いします。

  • 学生・保護者向け広告物の提案

各種メディア、SNS等を活用し大学の広報活動を支援します。

  • 大学相談会などのイベント運営

全国各地の大学・短期大学が参加する日本最大級の進学イベント「大学フェア」等の運営をお任せします。

イベントでは、大学・短大ごとの説明や進路相談等、受験勉強に役立つ情報も提供します。

大規模イベントでは150~160ブース出展し、学生が5000人以上来場することも。

・全国の大学のオープンキャンパス開催内容を紹介する「OPEN CAMPUS PRESS」

・保護者向け受験情報誌の決定版「保護者のための大学進学ガイド」

【その他】

全国で実施される大学の地方試験や学内試験運営のサポート業務を行っています。

インターネット出願、PC・スマホを利用しての合否発表システムや

大学案内・学校案内制作等、大学のニーズに合わせ様々なサービスを手掛けています。

  • 固定顧客先の訪問を中心とした営業です。

大阪支社全体で目標を持って取り組んでいます。

  • イベント開催時や試験業務の際には、全国各地への出張があります。

(毎年10〜3月は大学入試業務の支援のため、一定期間の地方出張(7泊前後)が発生します。)

給与


月給240,000円〜

※あくまでも最低給与です。

年齢、経験、能力を考慮の上、規定により決定いたします。

※固定残業代15時間分を業務手当として支給いたします。

  • 通勤交通費:実費支給(定期代全額)
  • 住宅手当(社内規定による)
  • 家族手当(社内規定による)
  • 賞与(年2回)業績による

【給与例】


入社当初の想定年収400万~430万(賞与含む・住宅手当/家族手当除く)

30歳 勤続5年 年収460万円(月給26万円+各種手当+賞与年2回含)

35歳 勤続8年 年収550万円(月給31万円+各種手当+賞与年2回含)
