仕事内容:

ペットシッターサービスに関する

予約受付・調整を中心とした事務業務をお任せします。

【主な業務内容】

・ご予約に関するお問い合わせ対応

・ご希望内容の確認、日程や時間の整理

・シッターの稼働状況を確認しながらの調整業務

・ご案内メッセージの送信(テンプレートあり)

※業務はマニュアル・テンプレートをもとに進めていただきます。

勤務時間・曜日:

■ 稼働時間・曜日(業務委託)

・土日祝を中心に稼働可能な方

・祝日はご都合により稼働できない日があっても問題ありません

・土日のいずれかのみの稼働となる場合は、事前にご相談ください

・1日4時間〜稼働可能です

・稼働日時は事前相談の上、調整いたします

休暇・休日:

・業務委託契約のため、休日の定めはありません

・稼働日は事前相談の上、無理のない範囲で調整しています

・ご予定やご事情に応じて、稼働できない日のご相談も可能です

勤務地:

・業務内容の特性上、新宿御苑前の事務所にて稼働いただきます

・敷地内は全面禁煙です

アクセス:

・東京メトロ丸ノ内線「新宿御苑前駅」徒歩約3分

・都営新宿線/東京メトロ副都心線「新宿三丁目駅」徒歩約7分

・JR各線「新宿駅」徒歩約15分

給与:

【報酬について】

・業務委託契約となります

・報酬は業務内容および稼働時間に応じてお支払いします

・時給換算1,400円相当を想定しています

・報酬は月末締め/翌月25日払いです

待遇・福利厚生:

ペット可のオフィスなので、愛犬と暮らしている方は、事務所への同伴も可能です

その他:

・分からない点は社内で随時確認できる体制があります

・長くご一緒できる方とは、継続的な業務委託を想定しています

雇用形態: 業務委託

給与・報酬: 80,000円 - 150,000円 月給
