仕事内容
広告サービス企画 【東京】 楽天グループのFinTech領域を推進
【仕事内容】
事業の立ち上げとしての広告商材開発戦略やロードマップ策定といった上流の戦略検討から、具体的な開発案件のPdM・プロマネ、そして営業本部やマーケティング本部と協業しながらのPoCの進行など、幅広い業務を担当いただきます。
【具体的には】
・広告サービス全体の戦略策定
・広告プロダクトのロードマップ作成と実現のための機能開発企画
・開発とともに詳細機能要件の定義とリリースのためのプロジェクトマネジメント
・広告サービス拡大のための業務設計
・具体的広告案件のプロジェクトマネジメント
【キャリアパス】
広告サービス企画の立ち上げメンバーとして、事業方針に関する上位層との論議や、具体的案件に関する営業サイド・開発サイドとの密なコミュニケーションは勿論、楽天グループ内外の広告関係者とのやりとりなど様々な社内外メンバー・社内部署と関わりながら業務を遂行いただきます。
広告サービス企画としてBizDev(ビジネスサイド)とPdM・PM(開発サイド)の両サイドを見ることができるため、キャリアパスとしてはサービス企画者としてPdMを極めていくことも、事業企画などにキャリアアップすることも可能です。

配属先の広告事業本部は、2025年1月に新設されたばかりの、楽天ペイメントにとって新たな柱となる事業を担う部門です。「0」から「1」を創り、それを「10」に拡大し、新しい価値を創造するために、事業を大きく成長させていくフェーズにあります。
