BPO事業のさらなる生産性向上の実現に向け、システム、プロジェクトマネジメント、業務改善などの知見を有したIT業界出身者を採用し、実現を加速させたいと考えています。

【要約】

BPO事業部門に所属し、お客様からお預かりする連結決算業務や開示資料作成の業務実行を担当しながら、並行して業務プロセスの改善を進め、業務効率化や生産性向上を実現するコンサルタントの役割を担っていただきます。

【詳細】

連結決算開示に特化したBPO事業は、年20%超の成長を10年以上続けながら高収益も実現していますが、さらなる高みを目指すべく生産性向上ミッションを掲げています。その実現に向けて、重要な鍵となるのはシステム活用を中心とした「標準化・仕組化」です。現在、BPO事業はすでに200社を超える顧客を有していますが、プロジェクトの開始段階ではお客様毎に業務の進め方の違いもあり、バラつきが生じてしまいます。それを全社単位で横断的に支援していく取り組みを現在進めています。

ご入社後は、まずは現場の各BPOプロジェクトメンバーとして連結決算・開示業務、もしくは単体決算業務の実行を担当いただきます。専門知識や経験が問われる業務もありますが、チームで業務を仕組化・構造化していますので、経験豊富な先輩のフォローを受けながら業務範囲を広げることが可能です。

また、決算業務実行と並行しながら、これまで培ってこられたITシステム知見を活かしていただきます。全社の生産性向上を推進する横串組織や直属の上長と連携し、担当プロジェクトの業務プロセスやシステムの利用方法の現状把握をした上で問題を特定いただき、改善に向けた方向性や方策を立て、優先順位を判断しながら業務改善を進めていただきます。改善ポイントは、DivaSystemのシステム機能の最大活用といった業務プロセスの改善だけに留まらず、人材育成の仕組みづくり、プロジェクトの立ち上げ・引き継ぎ方法の確立など、多岐にわたります。業務の運用側に深く入り込みながらも、一歩引いた客観的な視点を持ちながら業務改善コンサルタントとしての価値も発揮していってください。
