【仕事内容】
お客様情報や売上データ、商品情報などを、専用システムやExcelのフォーマットに入力していくお仕事です。入力項目は決まっており、「どこに何を入れるか」がマニュアル化されているため、未経験の方でも始めやすい内容です。
具体的には…
- 専用システムへのお客様情報・注文内容の入力
- 売上データの入力・簡単なチェック(桁数や入力漏れの確認)
- 書類の印刷、ファイリング、スキャン・PDF保存
- 郵送物の準備(封入・ラベル貼り・発送手配)
- その他、事務チームのサポート業務 など
入社後の流れ
最初の1~2週間は、先輩が横について入力方法やシステムの使い方をお教えし、まずは「一種類の業務」から担当してもらいます。慣れてきたら、徐々に扱うデータの種類や業務の範囲を増やしていくイメージです。
身につくスキル
- PCの基本操作(タイピング速度UP・ショートカットの使い方など)
- Excelを使ったカンタンな集計・並び替え・フィルタ機能
- 正確に仕事を進めるためのチェック力・注意力

月給 262,000円 ~ 302,000円 (※想定年収 3,140,000円 ~ 3,620,000円)
