「開発やPMOだけで終わらない」型に捉われないDX支援 AI×DXの領域において、企業の本質的な課題解決を支援してきた私たちJDSC。 単なるテクノロジーの提供に留まらず、ビジネス変革の本質に切り込むプロフェッショナル集団として、進化を続けています。 今、私たちが求めているのは、IT領域に強みを持ちつつ、プロジェクト全体を俯瞰し、改善の余地を見極めて行動できるハイブリッドな人材。 これまでの経験を活かし、時にはエンジニアの視点で、時にはコンサルタントとして、企業変革の本質に迫る仕事に挑戦しませんか? 【お任せする領域・業務内容】 バリューアップコンサルタントは、従来の"PMO"や"プロジェクト管理"の枠にとどまらない、プロジェクトの進行とともに、企業の構造的な課題そのものに向き合うポジションです。 日々のタスク管理・進捗フォローはもちろんのこと、その裏にある「何が妨げになっているのか」「どうすればさらに効率化できるか」に目を向ける。 そして、現場・システム・人、すべてを俯瞰しながら"あるべき姿"を設計し直していく力が求められます。 「この進め方は合理的か?」「このレポートに価値はあるか?」 そんな本質的な問いを持ち込み、クライアントやパートナー企業と対等な立場で、"今ある仕組みを、どう次の次元へ引き上げるか"を考え抜く。 まさに、"プロジェクト進行"と"事業変革"の間をつなぐ、ハイブリッドな役割。その旗を掲げ、現場に変革を起こすのがあなたのミッションです。 【業務領域(一例)】 ・ITプロジェクトにおける上流フェーズでの進捗・課題管理 ・課題構造の可視化と、改善アクションの立案・提案 ・プロジェクト全体の統括、ベンダーや部門間のハブ ・クライアントおよびパートナー企業とのレポーティング・交渉対応 ・要件定義や設計における業務プロセス面でのレビュー支援 ・業務改善につながる施策の提案と実行推進 ・PMO視点でのチームの型化・ドキュメンテーション支援 など 【多様な領域で活躍できる】 (1)ビジネス変革を描く"上流コンサル" 戦略や業務プロセス設計など、構想段階からプロジェクトに関与。 ただの"手段としてのIT"ではなく、ビジネスそのもののあり方に踏み込む提案が可能です。 (2)構造と実行を支える"PMO/推進の要" 開発現場の全体設計・進捗管理・ステークホルダー調整など、プロジェクトの中核として機能するPMOを担当。 単なる作業管理ではなく、"価値ある進行"をつくる頭脳として動いていただきます。 (3)成果を継続的に生み出す"運用改善のスペシャリスト" 運用・保守フェーズまで深く関与することで、プロジェクトの初期段階では見えづらかった構造的な課題や改善の糸口が浮き彫りになることも少なくありません。 現場のリアルに寄り添いながら、継続的なバリュー創出を担うポジションとしてご活躍いただけます。 バリューアップコンサルタントとして、あなたに託したいのは"単一の業務遂行"ではありません。 むしろ、課題解決力・推進力・構造化力を武器に、複数の領域でバリューを発揮する人材へと進化してほしいと考えています。そのためにJDSCでは、キャリアを自ら設計し、挑戦の幅を広げられる環境を用意しています。 【DXの本質に迫るJDSCがIT領域に踏み込む理由】 JDSCはこれまで、AIやデータ活用を軸に、数多くのDXプロジェクトを手がけてきました。 その中で見えてきたのは、「表面的なDXでは、企業は本質的に変わらない」という課題です。 古い業務プロセスや、複雑化したシステム環境がボトルネックとなり、「データを活かしきれない」「AIの効果が出ない」そんな現場に数多く直面してきました。 だからこそ私たちは、ITプロジェクトの上流から運用までをトータルに見直し、本当に意味のある"変革"を生み出すことに踏み出しています。 現場で感じた「もっとこうした方がいい」という気づきや、「こうすれば改善できるかもしれない」というセンス。 それを提案し、形にできる人こそ、今このチームに必要な人材です。
必須スキル
- 下記いずれかのご経験のある方 ・大規模な開発プロジェクトに携わった経験(5年以上) ・コンサル業務全般の経験(5年以上) ※エンジニア、PM、BPO、運用・保守など、経験のジャンルは問いません
