仕事内容


経営の意思決定に直結する採用戦略から、組織のポテンシャルを最大化するHRBP業務まで。

役員陣や事業責任者のパートナーとして、組織の成長を加速させる「攻めの人事」を募集します。

【主な中途採用業務】

・役員・事業責任者との連携による、経営戦略に基づいた採用計画の立案

・各ポジションの採用要件定義、およびジョブディスクリプション(JD)の作成

・カジュアル面談からクロージングに至るまで、候補者に寄り添ったフォローアップ

・中途採用担当と連携した、各事業部における採用成功のための実行推進

【主なHRBP業務】

・事業成長を見据えた組織設計、および人員計画の立案・実行

・組織および人員のコンディション管理、エンゲージメント向上施策

・新入社員の早期活躍を支えるオンボーディングの企画・支援

・評価制度の事業部内における最適化(アラインメント)と運用整備

・マネジメント層やメンバーに対する能力開発・育成支援

・その他、組織課題の特定と解決に向けた各種プロジェクトの実施

基本給 :基本給 317,940円~466,466円
