職務内容
弊社代表の右腕として、ゲーム事業及び組織全体の事業戦略において設計と執行をお任せできる方を募集しております。
入社後のミッションとしては現在Steamで世界展開中をしている既存ゲームの追加施策やコンソール化の着手、新規ゲームの事業戦略など、これまでのゲーム業界の知識や経験を活かして経営目線で進めて頂ければと思っております。
【業務内容】
・全社のビジネスラインの戦略設計
・既存事業グロースのための事業計画
・新規事業の企画立案やマネタイズ設計
・アライアンス企画やプラットフォーム開拓
応募資格(必須)
ビジネスサイドの業務遂行において必要な知識、経験、もしくはその意欲をお持ちの方
応募資格(歓迎)
・ゲーム業界でプロデューサーや事業責任者として担当ゲームをグロースさせた経験のある方
・webサービス、アプリなどの事業構想から開発、その後のセールスプランニングまで一連の経験をされた方
求める人物像
・これまでの経験を生かし、世界で挑戦できるゲーム作りにチャレンジしたい方
・固定概念に捉われず、今後のゲーム/エンタメ市場を見越しつつ事業作りと数字にコミット出来る方
・浮き沈みのあるベンチャーで胆力を持ち目の前の困難に挑戦していける方
雇用形態
正社員または契約社員
勤務時間
11:00-20:00(休憩時間1時間を含む)
※上記が基本的な勤務時間ですが、ポケットペアはコアタイムが無い「スーパーフレックス制度」を導入しております。スーパーフレックス制は出社や退社の時間に決まりがなく、決められた期間の総労働時間を守れば、社員一人一人が自身のライフスタイルに合わせて働く時間を自由に選べる制度です。
