ご乗車いただいたお客様を目的地まで

安心・安全にお送りする送迎のお仕事です。

【給与】

《平均月収34万円~》

①基本給:154,520円+②歩合給+③諸手当

※基本給(145,175円)+割増保障(9,375円)

②歩合給:

・1乗務売上3万円超に対して40%

・月売上40万円超に対して6%

③諸手当:

・公休出勤手当・残深手当・皆勤手当

・家族手当・交通費(社内規定有)

※1日に付き1万2500円の保障(出勤日数により変動)

※保障中歩合給:1乗務4万2千円超に対して40%

働き方は下記から選択可能です

【隔日勤務】(1乗務:一回の出勤で2日分勤務)

・8:00~翌朝2:00(休憩3時間)

※拘束18時間、休憩3時間・実働15時間

※隔日勤務は月12回程度の出勤回数であり、

プライベートも充実する勤務体系です。

公休は月6~8日です。

出勤した翌日は明け休みで

乗務後の朝から次の乗務の朝まで、

ほぼ丸1日休めます。

【日勤勤務】

・8:00~18:30(休憩3時間)

※拘束10.5時間、休憩3時間、実働7.5時間

出勤時間は調整可能
