エスポワールは利用者さん4名が地域で暮らすグループホーム。
10月1日に移転したばかりの、リフォーム済みの新しい事業所です。
あなたのお仕事は、世話人(管理者)として利用者さんを見守りながら生活に寄り添うこと。
食事作りもありますが、一般的な家庭料理ができる程度でOK。
献立は他の社員も一緒に考えますので、気負いすぎずに、困ったことがあれば気軽に相談してくださいね。
年齢や経験、資格は問いません。

仕事内容
精神・知的障がいをお持ちの50代〜60代の男性2名、女性2名、計4名の利用者さんが入居するグループホームでの日常生活のサポートをするお仕事です。
<具体的には>
12:00〜/共用部の清掃・食材の買い物・調理下ごしらえ等
15:00〜/利用者さんが作業所から戻って来てからは、見守りや声掛け・家事のお手伝い・夕食の準備・提供・後片付け・就寝準備の声掛け等
その他、利用者さんへお小遣いを渡す・家賃を受け取る、利用者さんのお薬の準備・服薬確認、パソコンを使った簡単な事務作業(文字入力程度)など
※夕食の献立は他の社員も一緒に考えます。一般的な家庭料理ができればOKです。
