Roles and Responsibilities:
- Candidate will act as a link between team members, delegating tasks and overseeing the team
- Proficient in writing clean, easily comprehensible code
- Capable of working independently and delivering projects with minimal supervision
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a C# programmer or developer
- Skills in C#, .NET, Java, SQL/Oracle support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English
- Thorough understanding of coding and development processes
- Familiarity with standard development skills, environment, processes, and Security technical skills
- Proficiency in COBOL, DB2, IMS, zOS, CICS, Connect Direct, MQ
- Experience in Mainframe environment
- Skills in Design, Programming, Testing, and Maintenance
- Understanding of business processes related to Order Management, Accounting, Service Parts, WMS
