1.大企業の案件に参画し、実績を作ることが可能です

フリーランスの場合、多くは小規模で短期間のプロジェクトを数多くこなすことを繰り返す場合が多いです。

これもまた実績になり良いことではありますが、「大企業の大規模プロジェクトでマネジメント経験がある」といえる実績があるのとないのでは、将来的な選択肢が広がります。

大規模なプロジェクト経験が積めることは大きなメリットであると言えます。

守秘義務契約があるため、企業名やプロジェクト名を公表することはできませんが、プロジェクト規模や課題解決の経験は、あなたの実績になります。

2.長期契約になる可能性が高いため、生活サイクルが安定します

プログラマーやテスト実行者、設計者などは、システム開発工程が終了すれば契約終了となり、次の案件を探さなければならず、案件が途切れることを常に気にしながら仕事をすることになります。

しかし、当社では、契約満了時には、お客様がより良くなるための提案を行い、契約継続のための提案を行っております。

そのため、お客様からの継続依頼が発生し、別プロジェクトや別依頼が発生して結果的に契約が延長し、長期的な契約になる可能性が高いです。 実際、弊社の代表は、平均2年〜3年のコンサルティング契約は当然のようになっています。

3.最新技術の習得や興味のある分野に関してのスキル習得が可能な環境があります

技術は常に進化し続けています。 新しい技術を一人で習得しようとするのには限界があります。また、興味のある範囲に偏ってしまうこともあります。 わたしたちは、最新技術の習得のために勉強会を行ったり、技術習得した結果を共有したりしています。 場合によっては、外部発信したりしています。

昨今注目されている生成AI(ChatGPT、perplexity、gemini、NotebookLM、Adobe Fireflyなど)を活用して、業務効率化や新サービスを構築する取り組みも行っています。

4.複数のビジネスを並行して実施することが可能です

フリーランスとなったからには、自身で事業を持ちたいと思ったり、将来的に法人化したいと考える方もいらっしゃると思います。 現在の案件に付きながら、並行して自身の考えているビジネスを一緒に行ったり、環境づくりをサポートすることも可能です。
