- Job Description: Joining the team responsible for managing Fujitsu Group's real estate in the facility management organization. You will be in charge of optimizing real estate for the business (minimizing costs and maximizing effectiveness) through the planning and implementation of FM strategies, as well as operational management.
- Planning, development, and operational management of FM strategies for Fujitsu Group's real estate (approximately 30 properties domestically and 10 properties overseas)
- Facility evaluation from quality, financial, and supply perspectives (defining/accumulating/dashboarding evaluation data, analysis, and assessments)
- Developing optimization measures based on evaluation results (investment optimization, consolidation of locations, real estate sales, etc.) and implementation
- Legal review of facility-related contracts (leasing, cohabitation, cleaning contracts, etc.) (Approximately 180 cases per year) - Expected Roles and Responsibilities: As a leader or sub-leader of the Asset Team, you are expected to be a reference for team members and lead the overall team tasks. You will focus on formulating and executing strategies for specific operational locations, early sales of idle real estate, and establishing evaluation methods for regular facility assessments, database/dashboard construction as key areas of emphasis.

- Reporting to management and providing reporting support
- Building relationships/negotiating/mediating with internal and external stakeholders as a contact person
- Improving existing tasks, promoting digital transformation - Basic Qualifications: The following experiences are required:
- More than 3 years of practical experience in FM strategic planning for corporate real estate
- More than 3 years of practical experience in management accounting of corporate real estate (P/L simulation, profit calculation from sales, impairment of fixed assets, etc.)
- More than 3 years of practical experience in real estate transactions (seller/buyer, brokerage) - Preferred Qualifications: The following experiences/certifications are welcomed:
- More than 3 years of practical experience in workplace/environmental planning and management
- More than 3 years of practical experience in building maintenance and construction management
- Real estate broker license
- Certified Facility Manager (CFMJ) certification
- Knowledge/skills in data management (Information Processing Engineer certification, etc.) - Language Requirements: English literacy at a TOEIC level of 500 points
