ソリューションエンジニアは専門チームと協力し、革新的かつ創造的な市場開拓を行い、プラットフォームの力を示す新しいデモ・インターフェースやデモ構成を設計します。また、パートナーにデモを提供し新しい見込み客を獲得するための技術的な営業サポートを提供する機会もあります。このチームの目標は、パートナーに焦点を当てた最高の営業経験を提供できるよう、高レベルのフィールドサポートを確保することです。これには、パートナー企業のニーズを理解し、そのニーズをDomoの機能的・技術的能力をデモンストレーションに反映させ、試験的な導入プロジェクトを管理し、営業チームと協力して差別化した提案などが含まれます。

スキル・資格

ハードスキル:

・情報システム、コンピュータサイエンス、または関連分野の学士号、または同等の実務経験

・エンタープライズ・ソフトウェア/IT/BI企業において、セールスコンサルタントまたはセールスエンジニアとして5年以上の経験を有し、顧客との折衝経験が豊富な方

・データ全般(データベースRBMS、NoSQL、データフロー、データマッピング)の知識

・関連アプリケーション、SaaSモデル、リレーショナル・データベース、ウェブ技術に関する知識

・アナリティクスやBIソリューションの販売経験

・SQLに精通していること

・クロスファンクショナルチームの一員として、ビジネスおよび技術的な問題を解決する能力

・口頭、書面、プレゼンテーション、対人コミュニケーションスキル

・ダイナミックな営業環境における時間管理能力

・正確かつタイムリーに詳細までを処理できる能力

・セルフスターターで問題解決能力のある方

業務内容

・顧客の目標と課題を理解し、Domo製品を最良のソリューションとして確立させる

・現場担当者と連携し、複雑な販売の技術的側面の管理

・Domoの技術、インフラ、セキュリティ、ロードマップの提示

・RFI や RFP、見込み客からの技術的な質問への効果的な対応

・顧客の要件を確認し、これらの要件を満たすDomoの性能の効果的な説明

・営業担当と協力し、F500顧客に対する効果的な販売戦略の構築

・ハンズオンデリバリー、受入基準の効果的な管理、問題のエスカレーション/解決を通じて顧客のPoC/Pilotを確実に成功させる

・効果的な指導と製品ポジショニングを通じて、Domoの成功を最大化するためのパートナー教育及び取引サポート

・1:1及び1:多数に対する卓越した企業/製品のプレゼンテーションとデモンストレーションの開発と実施
