概要
私たちは、事業の「伝わらない・選ばれない」を、デザインで解決するチームです。
要件定義〜情報設計〜UI/UX〜Web〜グラフィックまで、流通に乗る形に落とし込みます。
対話・仮説・検証で前に進める、実装まで責任を持てるデザイナーを募集します。

仕事のミッション

• 事業の価値を、ユーザーに"伝わる/使える/選ばれる"体験に翻訳する

• 作って終わりではなく、運用・改善で成果に寄与する

業務内容(主担当)

• ヒアリング/要件整理(課題定義、目的、KPI、優先度)

• 情報設計(IA)、導線設計、ワイヤー、プロトタイプ

• UIデザイン(Web/LP/アプリ)、デザインシステム運用

• クリエイティブ制作(バナー、資料、SNS、簡易な印刷物など)

• 実装連携(エンジニア/ノーコード含む)と品質管理

• リリース後の改善(分析→仮説→改修)

• 上流から入る(聞いて、整理して、形にする)

• 守備範囲が広い(UI/UX × Web × Graphic × Brand)

• PM脳(タスク分解、優先順位、関係者調整)

• アウトプットの"見た目"より、成果に繋がる設計を重視

必須要件(Must)

• ポートフォリオ提出(URL可)

• Figma等でのUIデザイン経験

• Webサイト制作の基本理解(構造/レスポンシブ/コンポーネント概念)

• 関係者と会話しながら、要件を整理して提案できる力

歓迎要件(Nice)

• UXリサーチ/仮説検証、アクセス解析(GA等)

• ブランド設計、トーン&マナー策定

• STUDIO / WordPress 等の運用・更新経験

• 提案資料作成、ディレクション経験

• 写真/動画/モーションなどの表現スキル

使用ツール(例)

Figma / FigJam、Adobe(必要に応じて)、Notion、Slack、Google Workspace
(ノーコードやCMS運用も状況により)

働き方

• リモート中心(必要に応じてオンラインMTG)

• 月1回程度の出社が発生する可能性あり(プロジェクト状況による)

• "正解待ち"ではなく、仮説で前に進める

• 目的から逆算し、優先度をつけられる

• 指摘を恐れず、改善を回せる(デザインを育てる)

• 伝達力がある(文章/図解/口頭)
