【仕事内容】

・複数あるグロービス法人サイト群の関連を踏まえたUI/UXの導線設計・改善

・UI/UXデザイン設計・制作・改善・管理(CTA含む)

・サイトパフォーマンス分析に基づいたWEBフォームのテンプレート作成・改善・管理

・サイトCV設計・サイトの導線設計

・ Google Analyticsやその他計測ツールを使用した、サイトパフォーマンスの分析・レポート作成及びPDCAサイクルの運用

・計測ツール選定

・SEO対策(コンテンツマーケティングチームとの連携しての実施)

・保守・運用を行っていただいている外部パートナー企業とのディレクション

・外部パートナー企業の選定

※利用ツール例: ワードプレス、GA4、Googleサーチコンソール、 Marketo、Microsoftクラリティ、Ahrefs、ビッグクエリ、Lookerstudio等

※コミュニケーションツール: Gmail、Notion、Slack、Zoom等

※ご参考:グロービス法人顧客向けサイト)の月間UU数は約3万~4万です(過去30日間)

【求める人材】

WEB業務3年以上かつ 就業経験5年以上

Webコンサルタント、アナリスト、ディレクター等の経験

Webサイト分析→課題整理→UI/UX、CVR改善を実際に行った経験

Google Analytics、MAツール、CMS、BIツールなどでの分析・それに基づく改善や提案経験

HTML/CSSコーディングの経験

言語要件:日本語能力がネイティブレベルの方、または、日本語能力試験(JLPT)1級相当以上

グロービスの事業、グロービス・ウェイに対する強い興味関心がある方

【給与】

年収600~850万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
