お客様がKrakenプラットフォームを理解し、導入・活用していただけるよう、技術面・業務面の両方から支援していきます。

このポジションでは、お客様の業務課題や目標を丁寧にヒアリングし、最適なソリューションを提案していくことが求められます。プロダクト、テクノロジー、私たちの働き方についての深い理解をもとに、お客様との信頼関係を築きながらプロジェクトをリードしていく役割です。

現在、私たちはエネルギー業界においてプリセールス、ソリューションアーキテクト、またはテクニカルコンサルタントとしての経験をお持ちの方を募集しています。

チームについて

Krakenのソリューションコンサルタントチームは、グローバルに展開しており、メンバーは世界各地で活躍しています。

それぞれ異なるバックグラウンドや専門性を持ったメンバーが在籍しており、時には異なる「役割の帽子」をかぶりながら、柔軟に協力し合っているチームです。

お互いの強みを活かしながら協働し、変化の多い環境の中でも、学び合い、支え合いながら前進しています。

業務内容

• セールスチームと連携し、有望な商談の見極めから提案・契約までの戦略を共に立て、推進していきます。
• クライアントにとって信頼できるアドバイザーとなり、Krakenの仕組みや価値を丁寧に伝えていきます。
• システムデモを含むワークショップを実施し、製品知識の提供やエネルギー業界の課題に対してどのようにKrakenが貢献できるかを分かりやすく説明します。
• クライアントのビジネスニーズを深く理解し、製品が提供できるソリューションの機会を特定します。
• Krakenの機能、特徴、他社との差別化ポイントについて幅広く理解を深めます。
• プロダクトチームと連携し、プロダクトの最新情報や開発ロードマップを常に把握します。
• 提案書、プレゼン資料、その他のセールス資料など、Krakenの魅力を効果的に伝えるコンテンツをリードして作成します。
• 見込み顧客からの機能面・技術面の質問に対応し、信頼を築きます。
• RFP(提案依頼書)や入札案件にも関与し、特に機能面・技術面の回答を主導します。
• 顧客から得たフィードバックをもとに、セールス、マーケティング、プロダクトチームと連携し、製品の方向性や改善に貢献します。
• エネルギー業界や市場動向に関するリサーチを行い、営業戦略や提案内容の質を高めます。

応募に必要なスキル・経験

• エネルギー業界におけるプリセールス、ソリューションアーキテクト、またはテクニカルコンサルティングの実務経験
• 非技術系のステークホルダーにもわかりやすく伝えられる、高いコミュニケーション力とプレゼンテーションスキル
• ソフトウェア導入、システムアーキテクチャ、またはビジネスアナリシスの経験
• クラウドベースのプラットフォームおよびソフトウェアソリューションに関する理解
• 提案書や技術資料など、訴求力のあるセールス資料を作成するスキル
• 自発的かつ柔軟に対応でき、ビジネスインパクトのある成果にフォーカスできる方
• 社内外の関係者と良好な関係を築き、維持する力
• 論理的思考と問題解決に対する前向きな姿勢
• 入札案件(RFP)への対応経験、およびそのための資料作成スキル
• 必要に応じて出張できる柔軟性
• 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語日常会話レベル以上
