15:15~17:15の2hだけ

午前からの仕事も別途ご相談OK

シュレオーテは、

障がいをもつ青年たちが

支援学校卒業後に通う

大学のような「学びの場」です。

今回お願いしたいのは、

送迎業務がメインのお仕事。

普通免許(AT限定可)で運転できる

ワゴン車を使っていただくので、

運転に苦手意識のない方であれば

どなたでも大歓迎です

希望される方には、

青年たちと一緒に活動する

"支援サポート"にも

入っていただけます

通所期間は4年間。彼らの目的は、

かっこいい働く大人になるために

必要な知識を学んで、経験を積み、

豊かな生活を送れるように生きる力を

仲間とともに育むことです。

車の中では、

なんて弾んだ会話も

シュレオーテでは、

アルバイトやサークルに取り組む

大学生のように、青年らしい経験を重ね、

生きる力を仲間とともに身につける

「学びの場」を提供しています。

スポーツ・ダンス・音楽・陶芸などは、

プロ講師の特別プログラムを提供。

集団の中で関わりあい、

自分らしさを見つけて伝える力をつけ、

互いを思いやる人間関係を育み、

自分の興味関心を広げていく。

自己選択・自己決定力も養います。

4年目にはアルバイトで働くことも体験。

経済を学びながら進路選択に向けた

ミーティングを行うなど、

じりつした社会人生活を送れるような

プログラムも用意しています。

交通・アクセス
