◆こんなお仕事です◆

Q. どんな現場ですか? A. 大手食品メーカーの工場施設です。安全性が最重視される環境で、重要な警備業務を担当します。お客様からの信頼が厚く、責任感を持って働ける現場です。

Q. 具体的に何をするの? A. 工場出入り人員の確認・記録、車両の出入り管理及び誘導、構内の定期的な巡回・警戒が主な業務です。セキュリティシステムの対応や来客受付も含まれます。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫? A. はい、大丈夫です。法定教育(新任教育)23時間を含めた充実の研修体制があります。警備経験がない方、ブランク明けの方も安心して業務開始できます。

Q. どんな方が活躍していますか? A. 18歳以上で長期勤務を希望される方なら、学歴や前職経歴を問いません。責任感を持って業務に取り組む姿勢が大切です。

◇法定教育23時間による充実の新任教育。警備業務の基礎から応用まで、段階的に習得できるサポート体制が整備されています。

◇当務制(9時~翌9時、実働17時間+仮眠4時間+休憩3時間)による安定シフト。原則残業なしで、生活リズムが立てやすい勤務体系です。

◇月給20万~24万円に加え、深夜手当・時間外手当で実績給を反映。交通費全額支給、マイカー通勤時ガソリン代支給で経済的サポートも手厚いです。

◇月1回のシフト提出と休日希望応相談で、自分のペースを優先できる柔軟な環境。長期勤務を望む方を大歓迎します。

◇近鉄向島駅徒歩15分の利便性。マイカー通勤も可能で、通勤ストレスを最小化できます。
