Job Description

Provide HR support for the Life Science department, including recruitment, training, and development.
Work closely with management to identify HR priorities and strategies to align with business goals.
Guide and advise leaders on the implementation of HR policies and processes.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues

The Successful Applicant

Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
