ライブコマースのインフラ化を目指すスタートアップ企業「Cellest」にて、ライブコマースに必要なサポート業務をお任せするスタッフを募集いたします

【お任せする業務】

こんな業務をお任せします

  • コメントサポート
  • 配送
  • 商品の出品
  • 配信準備(機材セッティング、事前準備など)
  • SNS運用(Instagram、TikTok)
  • 企画作成

  • 配信中に予想される質問の回答準備

  • TikTokを利用してライブ配信をしているため

お客様のコメントに対して返信や商品サンプルの準備などをします。

事務作業や企画、配信のサポートなど、、幅広く活躍ができます

初めは先輩が横についてしっかり教えていくので安心してください^^

求めている人材


学歴不問 / 未経験OK

【必須条件】

  • 大阪本社に出社が可能な方
  • アパレル・コスメが好きな方

\未経験の方も大歓迎/

洋服が好き、SNSが好きという気持ちがあればOKです

さらに、以下の経験をお持ちの方は優遇します

・アパレル販売経験(ブランド不問)

・ECアパレルの経験

・スタイリスト経験

・モデル経験(インフルエンサー、サロンモデル、読者モデルなど)

・ライブ配信経験(TikTok/Instagram/YouTube等)

※もちろん必須ではなく、未経験からスタートしたスタッフも多数活躍中です

勤務時間詳細


シフト:週3日〜/1日3時間〜

特に早朝(5:30~)、夜(19:00~)働ける方は大歓迎です

・朝活として安定的に働きたい方

・日中の予定に合わせて、夜だけ働きたい方

・スキマ時間を活かしたいWワーカーの方

自分のペースで働ける環境なので、 プライベートとの両立もしやすいお仕事です^^

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1200円 〜

  • 交通費支給
  • 深夜手当あり(22時以降は時給25%UP、法定基準に準じます)
  • 早朝手当あり

<条件>

5時出勤、もしくは6時出勤の場合のみ(最大4時間 ※実質9時まで)

<内容>

500円/1時間の手当を支給します

<出勤例>

6:00~10:00、4時間勤務の場合

6:00~9:00までの3時間は早朝手当あり

9:00~10:00の1時間は早朝手当なし

【試用期間】試用期間なし

給与例

  • 時給1,200円 × 1日3h × 週3日= 約43,200円/月
  • 時給1,200円 × 1日4h × 週4日= 約76,800円/月
  • 時給1,200円 × 1日5h × 週5日= 約120,000円/月
