  • 必須条件:

ネットワーク、サーバなどITインフラに関するいずれかの領域で、以下の経験をお持ちの方

・システム企画、構想設計、基本設計、構築、運用企画経験(いずれか3年以上の経験)

(オンプレミス環境でのご経験者で、今後クラウド環境を希望する方も対象)

  • 歓迎要件:

・サーバOS(Windows/Linux)の知見

・仮想化技術(VMware等)

・企業内のネットワーク、サーバ、ストレージ、ミドルウェアの設計・構築導入、運用経験

・パブリッククラウド(AWS・Azure)の構築導入、運用経験(AWS/MS認定試験 アソシエイトレベル)

・応用情報処理技術者、ネットワークスペシャリスト、データベーススペシャリスト、プロジェクトマネジャー等の資格

・データセンターの運用・保守・監視経験/パブリッククラウド(特にIaaS)基本知識、クラウド運用自動化経験

・ネットワークとセキュリティ(XDR、ファイアウォール、IPS/IDS、マルウェア対策製品等)の基本知識、業務での関与経験

・OracleやSAPのミドルウェア・Basisの基礎知識、業務での関与経験

・英語能力TOEIC 520点以上

仕事内容


DX推進(全社ITインフラ企画・導入)/大崎

【仕事内容】

全社ICT戦略の全てを支えるインフラ基盤の実現の為、インフラ課題における改革推進を行って頂きます。

  • 具体的には:

これまでの経験を踏まえ、以下のITインフラの戦略、重点テーマのいずれか、もしくは複数の案件に関与して頂きます。

・クラウドシフト推進とデータセンターやプライベートクラウドの運用自動化・高度化

・バリューチェーンを変革していく新基幹システム(SAP)インフラの管理・運用確立

・次世代ネットワーク(WAN/無線LAN)、ゼロトラストネットワーク等のグローバル標準化・展開推進 など

  • 配属予定組織のミッション:

ETA推進グループ、もしくはIT基盤グループ

両グループで15名体制。テクニカルアーキテクチャの企画・推進・計画実行、およびITインフラ全般の運用、保守管理等を行っています。相互に密に連携を行いながら運営を行なっています。

ミッション・目指す姿

NSKグループにおけるITインフラについて、グループ・グローバルを俯瞰した戦略的な視点から標準化・効率化に向けた方針・戦略・計画を策定する。海外地域HQにおけるICT部門と連携してITガバナンス強化と施策の実行、運用体制を整備すると共に、日本地域におけるITインフラ運用の実行部隊としての役割を担い、組織およびNSKグループの価値最大化に貢献する。

  • 本社 08:30~17:25(所定労働時間:7時間55分、休憩時間:60分【11:50~12:50】、時間外労働:有) ※フレックス勤務制度あり(コアタイム10:00~15:25)
