仕事内容:

会計担当のサポートとして、請求書の確認と入力業務を中心に担当します。

専門知識は不要で、決まったルールに沿って進めるだけの作業です。

▼ 主な業務

・請求書の内容チェック(数字・日付の確認)

・会計システムへのデータ入力

・書類の仕分け・ファイリング

・不備があった場合の社内連絡(メール中心)

・月次処理の補助(簡単な作業のみ)

請求書処理件数の増加に伴い、会計サポートスタッフを急ぎ増員しています。

未経験でも始められる業務からお任せします。

求める人材:

【必須条件】

35歳以下(例外事由3号イ:長期勤続によるキャリア形成を図るため)

※職務経験不問・未経験者歓迎

【日本語能力について】

※日本語ネイティブレベルの方(日本語能力試験N1以上可)

・数字の確認やチェック作業が得意な方

・コツコツ作業を丁寧に進められる方

・会計未経験でもルールに沿って作業できる方

・PC入力ができる方

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00〜18:00(休憩60分)

※月末月初は多少忙しくなりますが、定時退社できる日も多めです
