仕事内容:

20代の若手スタッフが多数活躍中

【具体的には】

・請求書の内容チェック(数字・日付・金額の確認)

・会計ソフトへのデータ入力(フォーマットあり)

・支払データの確認・照合作業

・経費精算の内容チェック・不備確認

・書類整理・ファイリング・スキャン

・月次資料の準備補助(担当者のサポート)

・社内からの問い合わせ対応(メール中心)

請求書チェックや入力が中心の会計サポートです。

未経験から会計スキルを身につけたい方に最適です。

※職務経験不問・未経験者歓迎

【日本語能力について】

※日本語ネイティブレベルの方(日本語能力試験N1以上可)

・数字やデータを扱うことに抵抗がない方

・コツコツと正確に作業を進められる方

・新しい知識を学ぶ意欲のある方

・未経験、第二新卒も歓迎

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00〜18:00(休憩60分)

※月末月初は多少忙しくなりますが、定時退社できる日も多めです
