【対象疾患】

神経難病、脳血管疾患、認知症、整形疾患など幅広い年齢層に対応

【チーム体制】

看護師、理学療法士、作業療法士、言語聴覚士との多職種連携でチーム医療を実践

入社日から3.5日間の入職者研修を実施し、配属後も2週間は同行訪問からスタート。段階的に受け持ちを増やしていくため、未経験の方でも安心して始められます。

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間: 原則9:00~18:00(休憩60分)

勤務曜日: 月・火・水・木・金・土・日のシフト制(365日シフト制)

※オンコール当番で出勤する場合があります

※利用者様の状態によっては土日祝に出勤していただくことがあります(褥瘡処置や点滴対応等、連日訪問しなくてはならない場合)。負担が偏らないようにスタッフ間で分担します。

・日勤のみ

・残業月20時間以内

休暇・休日:

年間休日: 2025年度122日(月10日前後)

有給休暇: 入社当日に10日間付与。入社月によって4月または10月に法定日数を付与

リフレッシュ休暇: 有給休暇とは別に年3日付与。付与された日から1年間有効で、有給休暇と組み合わせて取得することも可能

月給: 369,100円~431,500円 (最低保障基本給+定額残業手当+歩合給+調整給)

想定年収: 440~515万円(月70~80コマの場合の歩合給を含む) ※1コマ=60分訪問

固定残業代: 時間外労働の有無に関わらず30時間分を固定残業代として支給(69,023円~79,230円) ※超過分は別途支給

歩合給について: 40コマ超から支給(1コマ60分訪問)
