The Role
1.社内賃貸借物件管理
事業所、プロジェクトオフィス、DCの契約を管理します。スケジュール管理、契約管理、法務との契約書内容確認などを推進します。外部ブローカーを起用する場合はその管理も行います。
2.社内承認手続き
社内プロセスに則り、新規契約、解約、更新等の承認を取得します。
グルーバルチームとの協業となりますので、英語を使っての会議や書類作成が発生します。
資料は不動産プロフェッショナルとしての知識を活用し作成します。
また、利用者との社内調整も必要ですので、コミュニケーションが大切になります。
仲介手数料、家賃等の管理確認も行います。
3.関連税務対応
事業所税などの申告書類作成のサポートを行います。

不動産賃貸借実務の経験(宅地建物取引士資格保有者)
