FINANCE MANAGEMENT

  • Manage purchase order and invoice tracker
  • Manage invoice processes as Morgan Stanley representative by managing client's system or client's internal procedures but not limited to:
  • Lease / Utility cost for client offices
  • R&M / CAPEX Budget
  • Project / FM / Amenities related invoicing and coordination
  • Insurance
  • Collaborate with BUs to process client's internal approval processes
  • Provide support to country lead & CS for budget / reforecast
  • Manager cost allocation for MUMSS so that client can charge CS cost to MUMSS
  • Provide to support asset management services in collaboration with PM team and FCG team
  • Develop and maintain financial report for CS and country lead
  • Manage accrual reporting for Property Services and Project Management

    • ADMINISTRATION SERVICES

  • Support and lead CS monthly meeting for BUs
  • Maintain and update client's membership information
  • Support CS managers meetings and take a meeting minutes
  • Contract management
  • Upload real estate data to client's system
  • Support client's audit processes
  • Car parking management

    • HEALTH & SAFETY

  • Attend client's health & safety committee as CS representative and take a meeting minutes. Communicate with relevant teams if necessary

    • OPERATIONS

  • Maintain and update working procedures
  • Assist site lead to drive initiatives and consolidate required input for reports, proposals and audits
  • Respond to ad hoc issues and duties as required
  • Back-up for FM
